Besides its signature "surf look," Mada Reyal offers several new features. The two-ply construction creates a relief in the forearm area, similar to an arm bevel. The cutaway makes reaching higher frets even easier. MADA Guitars uses only locally sourced woods.
The volume reduction achieved through the two-layer construction allows for the use of denser native hardwoods, such as the invasive tree of heaven in this instrument.
